We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.

Processing times and shipping times are separate; shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout cannot be refunded, and reshipping fees may apply.

Once a package is accepted by the carrier, Havenbound LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or items marked as delivered but not received.
